Submit a tool for review
We write full reviews slowly on purpose. A typical one goes through: a desk check → a hands-on test of the free tier → drafting a 600+ word review → pricing verification → publishing with a review date. That is why we publish in small batches, and why a submission is not a guarantee of a full review (though we may still add the tool to the industry index).
What we are looking for
- Something that solves a real problem better than what we already list.
- Transparent pricing — ideally a usable free tier or trial, not a paywall behind a form.
- Clear data handling. Tools that cannot tell you where your data goes are hard to recommend.
What we skip
- Copycat directories or link farms.
- Tools with no evidence of real users or real support.
- Anything that requires "exclusive" or paid placement — we do not sell listings.
Paid placement
We do not sell reviews or placement. Affiliate partnerships (marked on the site) never change whether a tool is listed or how it is scored. See our editorial policy.
