Prompton

What Prompton is

Prompton is a Japanese platform for commissioning AI illustrations. Rather than generating images itself, it connects requesters with creators who take commissions, with plan pricing and conditions set by the creator, covering social icons, YouTube thumbnails, book and music covers, character art and game assets.

It appears in a design tools listing but is a commission marketplace.

What you can do with it

• Commission AI illustrations from creators
• Set or compare pricing and conditions
• Order icons, covers and game assets
• Browse categories such as backgrounds and logos

Who it is for

• Users commissioning Japanese-market illustration work
• Content creators needing icons or covers
• Game developers sourcing assets
• Illustrators offering AI-assisted commissions

What to watch out for

• Category mismatch: commission marketplace, not a design tool
• The service is Japanese-language; confirm terms and payment methods before ordering
• Rights and usage scope must be agreed per commission
• AI illustration commissions raise disclosure questions on some platforms
