What CodeBuddy is

CodeBuddy is Tencent Cloud's AI programming assistant, built on large code models including Tencent Hunyuan. It provides technical dialogue, intelligent completion, code diagnosis and optimisation, unit test generation and code review, with support for project context and multi-file relationships.

It works in VS Code, JetBrains IDEs, Visual Studio, CloudStudio and WeChat developer tools, and supports knowledge base access plus MCP extension.
