Schema.org Generator
Generate JSON-LD for Article, FAQPage, Product and BreadcrumbList from a form, then copy the code.
JSON-LD
Paste the generated block into your page head. This tool writes the markup only; validating rich-result eligibility is done by search engine testing tools.
How to use it
- Pick a schema type from the dropdown: Article, FAQPage, Product or BreadcrumbList. The form switches to the fields that type needs.
- Fill in the fields. Required entries are checked as you generate: non-empty text, a YYYY-MM-DD date, a numeric price, a 3-letter currency code and full http or https URLs.
- Press the generate button. The JSON-LD block appears below, wrapped in a script tag ready to paste into the head of your page.
- Use the copy button to take the whole block, then paste it into your template or CMS.
- The sample button fills the current type with a realistic example so you can see the output shape first.
Common use cases
- Adding breadcrumb markup to a template so the trail appears in structured form.
- Marking up an FAQ section whose questions and answers are already visible on the page.
- Describing a product page with name, brand, price, currency and availability.
- Labeling an article with headline, author and publish date for news and blog templates.
Why it stays private
The generator builds a JSON string in your browser from the values you type. No request is sent, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
FAQ
Q: Will this markup guarantee rich results? A: No. Generating valid JSON-LD is only the first step. Eligibility for rich results depends on the type, the page content and each search engine's rules, so test the final page with the search engine's own testing tool.
Q: Can FAQPage markup contain questions that are not on the page? A: It should not. Search engines expect the questions and answers in the markup to match content that is visible to readers. Marking up hidden or unrelated text is a policy violation at several engines.
Q: Why does the Product output include an Offer? A: Product rich results need price and availability information, so the tool nests an Offer with the price, currency code and availability URL inside the Product object. Leave the brand empty if the product has no brand.
Q: Where exactly should the block go? A: Anywhere in the page head works for most types, and some engines also accept it in the body. Keep one block per page per type, and make sure the JSON stays valid after your template renders it.
Your data stays on this device
Schema.org Generator runs 100% locally. Everything you paste or drop is processed by your own browser and never transmitted. Nothing is stored on our servers — close the tab and it is gone.
Nothing you type is sent to a server, logged, or used for analytics. The page works even with your network disconnected after first load.
