Text Template Filler
Fill {{variables}} in a text template by hand or from batch rows.
Variables
How to use it
- Type your text in the Template panel and wrap changeable parts in double curly braces, like
{{name}}. - Every distinct variable gets an input below the template - fill them in and the result appears on the right.
- For Batch mode, switch the mode selector: the first line of the batch box lists variable names (comma separated), and every following line is one record.
- Each data row produces one filled output; outputs are separated by a
---line. - Use Generate to re-run, Copy to take the results, and Clear to start over.
Common use cases
- Personalized messages - one email or reply template, filled per recipient without retyping.
- Bulk generating records - turn a pasted list of names, order numbers and dates into individual messages.
- Config snippets - keep a boilerplate block and only swap the parts that change, like hostnames or IDs.
- Consistent wording - make sure fixed phrasing stays identical while variables flow in.
Why it stays private
The template and the data stay in your browser's memory; nothing is uploaded and there is no account. Templates often contain customer names or order details, so this matters.
FAQ
Q: Which variable names are recognized?
A: Letters, digits, underscores, dots and hyphens inside {{ }}. Spaces around the name are tolerated, so {{ name }} works too.
Q: What if a batch row has fewer values than the header? A: Missing values are filled as empty strings - the template still renders, and you can spot and fix the gap in the output.
Q: Can a batch row contain a comma inside a value? A: Not currently - the batch parser splits on commas only, so use a different placeholder strategy or split that field into two variables.
