Bubbles

What Bubbles is

A meeting note taker with screen recording attached. It joins Meet, Teams or Zoom, records, transcribes and produces notes, summaries and action items, then stores them against the calendar event.

The recording side is what turns it into an async tool: you can send a video instead of booking a call.

What you can do with it

• Have meetings joined and recorded automatically
• Get transcripts, summaries and action items
• Record your screen or camera with video replies and comments
• Integrate with Google Calendar, Slack and Zapier
• Search and share past meeting records

Who it is for

• Product, design, marketing and remote teams
• Managers trying to cut synchronous meetings
• Organisations that want discussion context preserved

What to watch out for

• Participants must be told before recording, and company rules on customer meetings and private data apply
• Recording plus transcription means more stored personal data, so set retention deliberately
• Notes still need a skim before they stand in for minutes
• Platform coverage is Meet, Teams and Zoom; anything else needs checking
