What Calendar App is

Calendar App is a booking layer for businesses that get customers through messaging apps. It automates the conversation on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram and puts the agreed slot into Google Calendar.

The point is narrow: stop the manual back and forth about times, and keep everything inside the chat the customer already started.

What you can do with it

Run appointment conversations on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Telegram
Push confirmed appointments into Google Calendar
Catch enquiries from private messages, profile visits or event entry points
Cut the manual confirmation step out of booking

Who it is for

Consultants and coaches booking discovery calls
Local service businesses and studios
Course providers handling trial lessons
Teams where customers arrive by direct message

What to watch out for

Complex CRM, payment, refund and multi-person scheduling need separate testing
Calendar permissions have to be configured correctly
Automated replies must not promise slots or services you cannot deliver
Industry specific rules around reminders and data still apply
