What GoLinks is
A naming layer for internal resources. Long URLs for documents, admin systems, project boards and process pages become short paths people can actually remember and type.
AI search sits on top, so people can find resources by describing them.
What you can do with it
- Create memorable short links to internal resources
- Search internal links with AI
- Give new employees a simple way to find things
- Maintain a knowledge entry point
- Control access and see usage analytics
- Integrate with common applications
Who it is for
- Remote and distributed teams
- Medium and large organisations
- IT, HR, engineering and marketing departments
- Teams with many systems and documents
What to watch out for
- Links need naming conventions and an owner, or they multiply into confusion
- Access control must mirror the permissions of the underlying resources
- It is an entry layer, not a knowledge base: content still lives elsewhere
- Analytics reveal internal usage patterns, so decide who sees them

FAQ
How is it different from a URL shortener?
It is an internal knowledge entry layer with team permissions, security and AI search.
What does the AI do?
It searches internal resources, helping people find content from the link library and knowledge profiles.
Does it replace a knowledge base?
No. It is the entry layer; content still needs maintaining in your documentation system.
