Receipts found and filed without chasing

Visit official site

What Receiptor AI is

A capture layer that sits above your accounting system. It watches the places documents arrive, extracts the fields that matter, categorises the document against your business setup and files it where the books need it.

When it is not sure how to categorise something, it asks rather than guessing.

What you can do with it

  • Connect Gmail, Outlook, any IMAP inbox, WhatsApp or iMessage
  • Find receipts and invoices in messages, attachments and links
  • Upload files directly or in bulk
  • Extract supplier, date, currency, total, tax and line items
  • Categorise documents against your accounting setup
  • Publish to Xero or QuickBooks with the original attached
  • Organise into Drive or Dropbox, or export as CSV, PDF or ZIP

Who it is for

  • Business owners and finance teams
  • Accountants and bookkeepers chasing client documents
  • Companies running more than one legal entity
  • Anyone doing month-end document cleanup

What to watch out for

  • It needs access to mailboxes and messages, so review permissions carefully
  • Financial documents are sensitive: check where they are processed and stored, and for how long
  • Extracted totals and tax still need checking before they reach the books
  • Confirm which accounting systems and destinations your plan covers
