Hiring Cycle

What Hiring Cycle is

Hiring Cycle is a recruitment assistant covering the whole process: initial screening with AI support, video interview rounds, generation of job adverts and communications, and management of the recruitment workflow for HR teams digitising what used to be spreadsheets and email.

What you can do with it

• Handle first-pass candidate screening
• Run remote interview sessions
• Generate job adverts and messages
• Track candidates through stages
• Coordinate several people in one process

Who it is for

• HR teams
• Hiring leads
• Organisations digitising recruitment

What to watch out for

• Screening assistance still needs human review before anyone is rejected
• Video sessions require consent and, depending on location, may need all parties to agree
• Generated job adverts can carry wording that screens people out unintentionally, so review them for bias
• Candidate data retention and access control need to be defined before rollout
